JLA is a market-leading supplier of commercial laundry equipment, catering equipment, commercial heating and fire safety within the UK. As pioneers in their sector for over 50 years, strategy is at the forefront of everything they do.
JLA came to us in need of a few key activities, most importantly a strategic review and a supply chain analysis. From this, we would help the company to implement an effective, end to end order process.
But before we could get started, key challenges with data capture and management needed to be addressed.
We know there’s no such thing as a miracle overnight fix. Instead, we focused on driving real change that the business could handle. Our first step was to digitalise key data capture processes, so that we could make decisions with confidence.
Once we had the data in front of us, we could perform a strategic review of the business blueprint, org design and transformation plan, as well as JLA’s entire supply chain.
