Meet Our Leadership Team

Peter, a Chartered Accountant, has worked as the Group CFO of a number of International businesses dealing with acquisitions, disposals, tax, treasury, group consolidation and led procurement and supply chain teams.
Peter has a knack for uncovering opportunities that can add significant value, then goes on to deliver that value by implementing change. His achievements include helping to grow EBITDA by over £100m as Group CFO at Shop Direct, in one of UK retail’s biggest turnarounds.
He has experience leading large business and finance transformations across a variety of sectors and ownership structures, including public, private equity, government and family ownership. This helps him bring leading practices and insights to our clients.
A couple of highlights of his time leading Hexagon so far is being recommended to lead a team to develop a business case for a c.£500m investment in a strategic UK asset involving multiple government and other key stakeholders. He also led a team for a Steel client to help them acquire and carve out a €4bn pan-European group of businesses.

Sue’s specialisms are inventory, demand management, planning and supply chain design and she’s an expert in the use of segmentation to optimise demand and supply.
Sue has also delivered complex, large scale transformation and acquisitions. Recent projects include a detailed assessment of the demand behaviour for the global supply chain at Dyson and overseeing a successful £4bn revenue transaction for Liberty Steel.
A strong leader, skilled in building teams and implementing change and improvement programmes, Sue has delivered long-term performance improvements at Jaguar Land Rover, BAE Systems and JLA.
